- Sole-Source Tognum NIIN List The Government intends to issue a modification to the Tognum America, Inc. long term contract SPM7LX-08-D-9028, to extend the contract period from April 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014. This action will be completed by issuance of a sole-source award by way of a contract modification. The contract award is for 2,520 NSNs that are commercial price listed items for diesel-engine replacement parts coded sole source to Tognum America, Inc., CAGE Code 72582 (See Attached Spreadsheet). This action is being initiated to ensure continued coverage of the CAGE and P/N NSNs listed herein while awaiting the awarding of the successor sole source long term contract initiative for Tognum America, Inc., parts. The current long term contract is scheduled to expire on 31 March 2014. Information regarding this acquisition can be obtained from the primary point of contact Dena Vernon (Dena.Vernon@dla.mil). The secondary point of contact is Eric Tucker (Eric.Tucker@dla.mil). The listed parts will be procured as "ALL or NONE" per NSN. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible potential sources may submit an offer/quote to the point of contact above for consideration. All offers shall be in English language and in U.S. dollars. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available on these NSNs. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical date; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). Currently the only approved source of supply is Tognum America, Inc, CAGE 72582. All terms and conditions as indicated in the current contract remain the same for the new contract period.
