Description: The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment and operating personnel to mow, edge, fertilize,weed and aerate lawns and remove and dispose of refuse generated by the work for each job during the term of the contract. The contractor shall also remove and dispose of all leaves and tree litter during the term of the contract. It is recommended that vendors inspect the job site prior to submitting a quote. Period of Performance: The contract shall consist of a base year plus four option years. The contract period for the base year will be from 01 April 2014 - 31 March 2015. Option Year 1 shall be from 01 April 2015 - 31 March 2016. Option year 2 shall be from 01 April 2016 - 31 March 2017. Option year 3 shall be from 01 April 2017 - 31 March 2018. Option year 4 shall be from 01 April 2018 - 31 March 2019. Option Years shall be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
