Description
The United States Air Force through Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), Tinker AFB 73145 is contemplating to procure SPARES of the Line Item(s) cited below for a non-commercial, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This is anticipated to be a sole source effort to Unison Industries, LLC, 7575 Baymeadows Way, Jacksonville FL 32256, Cage code 59501. The Government does not own data/data rights or cannot obtain the data. The Government will not be able to provide drawings or specifications for this requirement. 1. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. 23. Based upon market research, the Government is not using policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. 24.
