Description

Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45 th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for Replacement License File for DCC. This is a Sole Source with Science Horizons, Inc. 12505 Mason Dr., Licking, MO 65542, IAW FAR 13.106-1(b). Science Horizons, Inc. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement because AFTAC requires A Data Collection Center (DCC) Software license that cannot be transferred due to changes in server architecture. The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item proposes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 511210; size standard of $35.5M. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis by sending to 45cons.lgcb.e-bids@us.af.mil. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that Science Horizons, Inc. is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
