- This synopsis is issued in anticipation of issuing a long term (five-year) firm-fixed price requirements contract for the repair of Low Altitude Navigation and Targeting Infrared for Night (LANTIRN) AN/AAQ-13/14 Components for FMS and USAF customers. Ship To DoDAAC for USAF requirements will be SW3119 (Robins AFB, GA). Ship to for FMS requirements will be cited on each delivery order. Duration of contract period: Date of award through 5 years The proposed contract action is for repair services for which the government intends to solicit sole source to LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION, 5600 W SAND LAKE RD # MP-265, ORLANDO FL, 32819-8907 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 because the Government does not own the REPAIR data or the rights to the data needed to contract repair of this part from additional sources. It has been determined uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. No paper copies will be mailed. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified for additional information.
