Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease at Clearwater International Airport in Clearwater, FL that will be expiring August 31, 2014. The Government intends to negotiate a succeeding lease for 2,258 ANSI BOMA Office Area square feet (ABOA) based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will consider alternative space only if economic and other factors are supportive. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, costs likely to be incurred through relocating such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime, occupancy schedule, and quality of space. Offered space must be on airport property and all services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. State: FL City: Clearwater Delineated Area: St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,258 Maximum Sq. Ft. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the100 year flood plain.
