Description

AMENDMENT 0001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Dashields Steel Supplies(Steel, Bolts, Turnbuckles, etc). Quotes are due to: LRP.Contracting@usace.army.mil AND to Sue.A.Gitto@usace.army.mil by 6AM, Wed, March 12, 2014. Include the QUOTE Supplement Attachment (4 pages), page one of the Solicitation, AND Reps and Certs, if marked. QUOTE MUST INCLUDE Country of Origin and amounts for all line items. SOLICITATION AMENDED 3/4/14 to add: Specifications Section 1.3, SD-01(G), Manufacturer Data and Fabrication Information, PLUS added FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal clause covering Specifications, Manufactured Items, Sections 2.2.4 through 2.2.13. All line items covered under those specifications must be either the item as written, or you must provide the specifications for your proposed alternative item WITH your quote so that it can be technically evaluated. DUE DATE/TIME for Quotes DUE did NOT change. All quotes are due NLT 6 AM, Eastern, Wednesday, 12 March 2014. You MUST ackknowledge Amendment 0001 by filling out blocks 8 and 15, and returning page one of Amendment 0001 WITH your quote.
