- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Connecticut City: Central Business District of New Haven Delineated Area: Point of beginning (POB) at the intersection of Ella T. Grasso Boulevard and Whalley Avenue; east on Whalley Avenue to an intersection with Sherman Avenue; north on Sherman Avenue until an intersection with Henry Street; east on Henry Street and continue east onto Munson Street; continue east onto Hillside Place until an intersection with Prospect Street; south on Prospect Street until an intersection with Edwards Street; east on Edwards Street until its intersection with State Street; southwest on State Street until an intersection with North Frontage Road; west on North Frontage Road until an intersection with Ella T. Grasso Boulevard; north on Ella T. Grasso Boulevard to POB. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,360 Maximum Sq. Ft.
