- Life Fitness Discover SI 95T Treadmill (Brand Name or Equal) PROJECT TITLE: Life Fitness Discover SI 95T Treadmill (Brand Name or Equal) METHOD OF SOLICITATION: RFQ - Request for Quote TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price BIDDER INSTRUCTIONS: Complete information in Blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, Section B - Schedule, and any items in the attached item schedule in its entirety. Responsive contractors shall return completed pages 1 - 4, along with any other information (drawings, pricing information, timelines, etc. - See Section Listing of attachments is applicable). A late offer shall only be considered under the circumstances described in FAR 52.215-1 DETAILS: The Contractor shall include pricing for delivery with all items stated in the request for quote. This solicitation will only be available via the internet at the following address: http://www.FBO.gov. It is the responsibility of the contractor to monitor the site to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. Formal questions are due via e-mail no later than six (6) calendar days before the closing of this solicitation.
