- Solicitation number W81XWH-14-R-0030 will be issued on or about 14 March 2014 and quotes will be due on or about 4 April 2014 @ 4pm EST. The Governments requirement is for Non personal services for the pharmacokinetics, efficacy and toxicity of antiparasitic drugs in animals for the novel prophylactic and therapeutic drugs to prevent and treat various malarias for Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) Silver Spring, MD. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this action is 541711, this will be a small business set aside. No hard copies of this solicitation will be issued by this office. All interested parties can view, download and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 14 March 2014 at the following website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of defense must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
