PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: BLDG 919 Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Jacksonville, FL (SOURCES SOUGHT) REQUEST FOR INFORMATION THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPPOSALS AND NO CONTRACTS WILL RESULT DIRECTLY FROM THIS NOTICE. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY AND IS NO WAY BINDING ON THE GOVERNMENT. MORE SPECIFIC INFORMATION RELATING TO ANY INDIVIDUAL ITEM OR CLASS OF ITEMS WILL NOT BE FURNISHED UNTIL THE PROPOSED ACTION IS SYNOPSIZED THROUGH THE GOVERNMENT OF ENTRY OR AN OFFICIAL SOLICITATION IS ISSUED ACCORDINGLY. TYPE OF SOURCES SOUGHT: This RFI is designated for any source capable of meeting this requirement. I. DISCLAIMER This sources sought request for information is for information and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) and it should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the government to issue a formal solicitation or ultimately award a contract. The Government does not intend to pay for any information furnished pursuant to this Request for Information (RFI). Nor is the Government tasking any offeror to develop any technologies described herein. The US Government is in no way liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this announcement. Any costs incurred by interested companies in response to this announcement will NOT be REIMBURSED. II. SCOPE Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville is seeking if there are sources capable of providing limited engineering support, web development and user application support for the Anti Terrorist/Force Protection (AT/FP) Readiness Management System (ARMS) software application. A capable source shall be able to provide web and application maintenance, on call system administrator support, and maintain and renew ARMS ATO/DIACP accreditation for the ARMS software application. A capable source's personnel is required to have access to and/or handle material up to the SECRET classification level IAW DD-254 form. A capable source must be familiar with the software application in order to provide adequate support. A capable source is required to have possession of the proprietary data associated with the programming process. III. REQUESTED INFORMATION Currently, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville is conducting market research for pre-acquisition planning in order to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for this requirement. Any interested parties or source capable of meeting this requirement shall email edward.whittaker@navy.mil to indicate they are capable of meeting this requirement.
