- PR 0051956166 NSN 1560-01-408-1495 Issue Date: March 28, 2014 Close Date: April 28, 2014 BEAM, AIRCRAFT This Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a total quantity of 3 each for stock. No Option is included. I/A/W Drawing L2100136 This Solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside The solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. This is a Critical Application Item. Configuration Control and Export Control Restrictions apply. Government First Article Testing (FAT) applies. FOB: Origin I/A: Origin This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. PRLI 0001 QTY 3 Ship to New Cumberland, PA 17070 Delivery is 120 days for the FAT sample, 180 days for Testing and Evaluation, and 290 days for the Production Quantity for a Total Delivery of 590 Days. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
