No phone Calls Please. --------------------------------------------------------- Synopsis: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) State Office in Champaign, IL will solicit for tree establishment services under AG-5A12-S-14-001 and will commence upon availability of Farm Bill funds and after successful award of the contract. The project shall consist of the following: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to control and remove invasive and aggressive brush species and plant bottomland hardwood trees on 42 acres. The site is located in Clark County, near the town of Martinsville, Illinois. The site is in the floodplain of the N. Fork of the Embarras River on an easement purchased through the Wetlands Reserve Program. The contractor shall verify, prior to providing a quote, all sources of supply to insure that all of the items on the Plant Materials List in the Specifications (including appropriate size, species, variety, and quality specified) can be supplied. Prices quoted should include all services/supplies associated with the contracted services. Attachment 1, Specifications; Attachment 2, Maps; Attachment 3, Service Contract Act Wage Determinations; and Attachment 4, Quote Submittal Worksheet are incorporated and made a part of this Solicitation. Date(s) and Place(s) of Delivery and Acceptance. Work will be performed and accepted in Clark County, Illinois. Contract anticipated award date is on or before TBD, 2014. The performance period for the contract will begin upon award and continue through TBD, 2014. The magnitude of the project is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 115112, "Soil Preparation, Planting and Cultivating", The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $7 Million (average annual receipts). The Product Service Code is F005. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business set-aside. Site visits: Participants will meet at the Martinsville Field Office located at 1001 N.
