Description

NOTE: This is NOT a request for quotation. This sources sought notice is being issued for market research purposes only. The VA Western New York Healthcare System (VAWNYHS), Buffalo, NY is seeking a small business program to provide all labor, (including programming), materials and supervision to remove a Rauland Responder code blue nurse call and intercom system and replace with a Rauland Responder V Series code blue nurse call and intercom system. The VA intends to include the brand name 'Rauland Responder V Series' in the solicitation when released. A justification for the brand name will be included in the solicitation once a sourcing strategy is established. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210 with a standard size of $14.0 Million. The construction estimate for this procurement is between $25,000. and $100,000. Small business programs are being sought by the Government and are listed in descending order of importance: 1. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), 2. Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), 3. Historically-Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) 4. Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), 5. Small Business. At least 25 percent of the cost of the contract performance incurred for personnel must be spent on the concern's employees or the employees of the same small business program in which your company represents.
