Description

VA786-14-R-0114 Pre Solicitation Notice for Aeration and Topdress Application Services For Camp Nelson National Cemetery, Nicholasville, KY RFP VA786-14-R-0114 - The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, professional expertise, vehicles, tools, materials, services, equipment and quality control necessary to: "provide clay porous ceramic fill material as specified "core aerate (fall only) the designated turf immediately before application "apply clay porous ceramic material to low parts of each grave surface (to a maximum depth of 1.5 inches in each of two applications, one in fall and one in spring) "settle and smooth/level the fill material and soil cores, and leave the turfgrass leaves extending above the surface of the fill material "wet the applied fill material to field capacity the same day it is applied. Project will be for a one year. This acquisition is for a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 516730 is applicable. Please reference Solicitation Number RFP VA786-14-R-0114 on remittances. An electronic solicitation will be available for download from www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about March 11, 2014. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., March 31, 2014. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
