- CLIN: 0001- Non personal services: Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary for Preventative Maintenance for the AFN Phase Array System at Momote in accordance with the attached performance-based work statement (PWS). Site visit is scheduled for 13 March at 1000 hours CLIN 0002- Non personal services: Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary for Antenna Guy Wire Adjustment in accordance with the attached performance-based work statement (PWS). Site visit is scheduled for 14 March at 1000 hours. Please see attachment for list of items, schedule of requirements, scope of work. Contractors must be previously vetted to work in Japan.
