Solicitation number VA786-14-R-0099 This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued is for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, (NCA) is seeking qualified SDVOSB to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supplies to complete Wetland Maintenance Services at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Noble Drive, San Diego, California. Awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov and registered in www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email to Joselito Roman, Contracting Officer, at Joselito.Roman@VA.Gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about March 10, 2014. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m. EST, March 24, 2014.
