Description

This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only for market research. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, or service disabled veteran owned small business) relative to NAICS 339113. Size standard 500 employees The Veterans Affairs, VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources for a potential contract for Medical and Surgical Supplies for Infuse Bone Graft kit small, medium and large. This infuse bone graft is needed for direct patient care. The intended order is for 30 days. Response to this notice should include company name, address, point of contact, size of business, socio-economical category, and a brief summary of how your company meets the needs of the government. Responses to this notice shall be via e-mail response to edna.sanchez@va.gov. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received in writing no later than 1:00 P.M. PST 3/20/2014. This notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only and a solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. Responses to this sources sought is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
