Description: DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure the following supplies and services: Glow Discharge Spectrometer, Installation, Consumables for Operations, Technical Manuals, IUID, Training and Shipping. Total quantity is 1 machine. The solicitation will be unrestricted. Full and Open Competition applies. A complete technical data package will be available when the solicitation opens. The estimated release date for the solicitation is on or about 10/23/13. The anticipated closing date is 11/29/13. The anticipated performance period is 150 days ARO. Offers will be evaluated based on a price performance tradeoff basis (PPT). This solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: https://dla.ProcureXinc.com (link is case sensitive) to learn more about how to participate in an auction. The award will be made as a firm, fixed-price contract. FOB at Destination. Inspection will be at Destination and acceptance will be at Destination.
