- Description
- the scope of work consists of dewatering the Georgetown Conduit in order to inspect the 72 quote mark butterfly valve installed in the South Connection Building of the Dalecarlia Reservoir. The conduit must be fully dewatered in no more than 12 hours, and maintained dewatered for up to 36 hours. The contractor shall supply all labor and equipment to dewater the South Connection chamber to the invert of the 72 quote mark butterfly valve, at elevation 134.00'. The Georgetown Conduit has approximately 5 MG of water in it. The contractor shall be responsible for pumping system design, delivery, installation, operation, fuel, maintenance, removal, pick up and all other equipment needed to ensure the successful delivery and operation of the pumping system.
