- Solicitation SP0600-14-R-0213 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as allowed by Subpart 13.5, and as supplemented by additional information included in this notice. This acquisition is unrestricted. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and additional information will not be provided. Proposals are requested under Request for Proposals (RFP) SP0600-14-R-0213, for the following: 1. Diesel Fuel # 2 (DF2) - NSN: 9140-00-286-5294 for delivery to Camp Tintin in Aqaba, Jordan. The estimated quantity is 25,000 USG. 2. JP8 Aviation Turbine Fuel - NSN 9130-01-031-5816 for delivery to Camp Tintin in Aqaba, Jordan. The estimated quantity is 2,000 USG. 3. JP8 Aviation Turbine Fuel - NSN 9130-01-031-5816 for delivery to Prince Hussain Bin Abdulah II Royal Rangers Brigade in Zarqa, Jordan. The estimated quantity is 240,000 USG. 4. JP8 Aviation Turbine Fuel - NSN 9130-01-031-5816 for delivery to Royal Jordanian Naval Base in Aqaba, Jordan. The estimated quantity is 6,000 USG. 5. JP8 Aviation Turbine Fuel - NSN 9130-01-031-5816 for delivery to Royal Jordanian Naval Base in Aqaba, Jordan. The estimated quantity is 25,000 USG. 6. JP8 Aviation Turbine Fuel - NSN 9130-01-031-5816 for delivery to King Faisal Air Base in Jordan. The estimated quantity is 960,000 USG. 7. JP8 Aviation Turbine Fuel - NSN 9130-01-031-5816 for delivery to Jebel Petra in Jordan. The estimated quantity is 20,000 USG. The performance period for this requirement is from 14 May through 17 June 2014. Delivery is FOB Destination. Offerors are advised that the Government reserves the right to award multiple contracts under this solicitation. Offerors shall furnish copies of supplier and transportation commitments/agreements with their offer or be prepared to provide within five working days when requested. Refer to Attachment 2 to the solicitation for commitment letter instructions. DLA Energy may conduct pre-award surveys to determine responsibility regarding the offeror's transportation, technical, production, financial and quality assurance capabilities. Offerors shall complete and submit Attachment 1 Fuel Source Data Sheet. Additional requirements may be added by future amendments to this solicitation. The Government contemplates award(s) of a Requirements Type, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment resulting from this solicitation. After award, the contract price for all CLINs will escalate/de-escalate monthly in accordance with solicitation provision B-0002- B19.02 ECONOMIC PRICE ADJUSTMENT (OVERSEAS) (DLA ENERGY JAN 2012). Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM local time (Ft. Belvoir, VA) on March 27, 2014. Offers may be submitted via email to the PCA Mailbox at dla-energy-pca@dla.mil. When submitting offers, please note the solicitation number SP0600-14-R-0213 in the subject line of the email. Please note that the offeror assumes all risk for any delay in the transmission of their proposals. Any offers received after the above deadline will not be considered. All offerors are encouraged to review FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS and solicitation provision L-0001 L2.11-4 EMAIL PROPOSALS. All offerors are further encouraged to submit their proposals early.
