(ABOA): 26,951 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Per local code Parking Spaces (Surface): -- Parking Spaces (Structured): -- Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 (spaces for the disabled) Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: -- Additional Requirements: 1) A minimum of 13,239 ABOA SF of contiguous space on a single floor must be located above the ground floor of the offered building. The remaining 12,429 ABOA SF must also be contiguous on a single floor, and can only be located above the 1 st floor if the building has at least two passenger elevators. 2) Public transportation must be located within 2 blocks of the offered building. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2) Parking Ratio 3) Legal description 4) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 5) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 6) Rentable Square Feet Offered 7) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
