Description

This acquisition shall be a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned-Small Businesses (SDVOSB) in accordance with Public Law 109-461. IAW VAAR 819.7003, offerors must be Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) verified SDVOSB's at the time of offer, and prior to award. Bids are to be requested and shall only be accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). Solicitation and specifications will be issued and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) (FedBizOpps) website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available on FBO. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Projected Task Order Requirements Include: The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the replacement of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) on existing Air Handler Units (AHU's) needing upgraded models. This includes, installation of new safety disconnects on all the VFD controlled AHU motor compartments, and replace the condenser and evaporators for the Environmental Growth Chamber (EGC) located on the roof of buildings 100 & 101, at Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), 3801 Miranda Ave; Palo Alto, CA 94304. IAW VAAR 836.204: The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000
