- NOTICE TO ENTER INTO A SUCCEEDING LEASE INTEREST SOUGHT The USDA Forest Service, Pinedale Ranger District, Bridger-Teton National Forest currently occupies office space in a building under lease in Pinedale, Wyoming that will be expiring November 30, 2015. The Forest Service is seeking to lease approximately 6,860 contiguous rentable square feet of office space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 5,331 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) and yield no less than 41 parking spaces. The lease term requirement is for 10 years firm. Cancellation rights will be negotiated. The space must be available for occupancy by December 1, 2015. The delineated area is the city limits of Pinedale, Wyoming. The Forest Service will consider alternative space ONLY if economically advantageous. The Forest Service will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole-source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Forest Service will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Forest Service's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Forest Service's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this announcement.
