Description

14TOD2400J&AREDACTED Notice of award, sole source procurement to Cellebrite USA Corp., 266 Harristown Road, Ste 105, Glen Rock, NJ 07452, for the purchase of Universal Forensic Extraction Devices (UFED). The devices are needed to support the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers' (FLETC) training mission. Reference the attached J&A, this is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination was made not to compete this requirement due to the fact that no other manufacturer is able to provide a product that is portable, self-contained and meets the requirements for FLETC. The UFED is proprietary owned by Cellebrite USA Corp and is the only vendor authorized to provide this device. The FLETC requires continued use of the UFED. This procurement must be completed in a timely manner to meet the mission requirements of FLETC.
