U.S. General Services Administration seeks to lease office space as follows: State: Florida City: Gainesville Delineated area: A portion of the City of Gainesville, FL bounded as follows: Commencing at the intersection of NW 43rd Street and NW 53rd Avenue head East on NW 53rd Avenue to the intersection of NW 53rd Avenue and NW 13th Street; then head South on NW 13th Street to the intersection of NW 13th Street and NW 8th Avenue; then head West on NW 8th Avenue until it merges with W. Newberry Road and then continue West on W. Newberry Road to the intersection of W. Newberry Road and I-75; then head North on I-75 to the intersection of I-75 and NW 23 rd Avenue; then head East on NW 23 rd Avenue to the intersection of NW 23 rd Avenue and NW 43 rd Street; then head North on NW 43 rd Street to the point of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft (ABOA): 3,542 Maximum Sq. Ft.
