- Sole Source Justification The Air Force Research Laboratory, Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with RPG Radiometer Physics GmbH, Birkenmaarstraße 10, 53340 Meckenheim,Germany to service the government owned RPG Radiometer. RPG Radiometer Physics GmbH is the only source that can provide the repair of the malfunctioning radiometer, its inspection, as well as analyzing the specialized instrument. Though this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, information received within seven (7) days after the publication of the solicitation will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code is 811219.
