Description

Sources Sought The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 8), James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Tampa, FL is currently seeking firms, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Hub zone, 8(A), Woman Owned Small Business OR Small Business with the ability to provide the items listed below. 1. Title of Project: American Theological Library Association (ATLA) database provide by EBSCO Information Services 2. Scope of Work: To provide access to this database plus to the staff of the hospital. 3. Background: The program needs to be internet-based. 4. Performance Period: An annual contract, April 1st 2014-March 31 2015. Base year period and three (3) option years. The total cost and period of performance for this FFP contract is as follows: Base Year - April 1st, 2014 through March 31, 2015 Option Year 1 - April 1st, 2015 through March 31, 2016 Option Year 2 - April 1st, 2016 through March 31, 2017 Option Year 3 - April 1st, 2017 through March 31, 2018 5. Type of Contract: A firm-fixed-price on-line subscription contract to include a base year and three option years. B. CONTRACT AWARD MEETING No meeting is required; renewal of product that is unique to libraries C. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS a.Internet based b.Unlimited online storage c.No maintenance fees d.Continually updated at no charge D. SPECIFIC MANDATORY TASKS AND ASSOCIATED DELIVERABLES a.ATLA Religion Database b.Over 632,100 article citations c.Over 260,200 essay citations d.Over 575,400 book review citations e.Full text for more than 442,300 articles & reviews E. EVALUATED OPTIONAL FEATURES Hosted on a web platform. F. SCHEDULE FOR DELIVERABLES Program will be made available as soon as purchase is completed. Interested individuals shall provide a capability statement, to include complete address, phone & fax number of contact.
