- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Las Cruces District Office (LCDO), Las Cruces, NM is seeking sources for wildlife catchment tanks. The wildlife catchment tank(s) must be built in accordance with the BLM's minimum specifications (Attachment 1). In addition to searching the market for qualified vendors, the results of the sources sought will be utilized to determine if any Small Business Set-Aside opportunities exist. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. The Government requests that all companies, both Large and Small, submit their business size by North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code. If your company is a Small Business, please specify if your company is or is not each of the following: (a) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (b) HUBZone Small Business; (c) 8(a) Concern; (d) Woman-Owned Small Business; (e) Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business to the Governments Contract Specialist John P. McLaughlin (contact information listed below). It is requested that interested businesses submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten pages in length, single spaced, 12 point font minimum, and include one (1) Digital Copy of all submitted documents if not submitted by email) demonstrating the contractor's ability to meet the BLM's specifications in Attachment 1 for the wildlife catchment tank(s). This documentation must address, at a minimum, the following: 1. Company Name; Company Address; Company Business Size, and Point-of-Contact name, phone/fax number, and email address; 2. Company profile to include office location(s), DUNs number, and a statement regarding current small/large business status as discussed above; 3. Prior/current corporate experience building similar wildlife catchment tanks in the last three years, including contract number, organization supported indication of whether as a prime or subcontractor, contract values, point of contact with current telephone number, and a brief description of how the referenced contract relates to the BLM's minimum specifications described in Attachment 1 for wildlife catchment tanks. 4. A detailed description of how the contractor can build a wildlife catchment tank in accordance with the BLM's minimum specifications in Attachment 1. NOTE: Submitted capability packages shall not include any pricing information for the wildlife water catchment tank(s). If pricing information is included within the capability package it will not be reviewed or considered by the BLM. Delivery of the wildlife catchment tanks shall be Free On Board (F.O.B) Destination and shall be made within 30 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). The BLM is considering utilization of a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (FFP-IDIQ) three year contract with a maximum of 50 wildlife catchment tanks to be purchased (minimum of 6 units the first year). Based on the results of the sources sought, a synopsis is anticipated to be issued on or about 1 April 2014 followed by a solicitation to be issued on or about 16 April 2014. The BLM estimates that an award will be made before June 2014. DISCLAIMER: "This sources sought is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal. Responsible sources may submit all questions by 12:00 p.m. MST on 21 March 2014 (no questions will be accepted after this time/date) and capability packages shall be submitted by 3:30 PM MST 28 March 2014 to John P.
