Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: VA262-14-Q-0483. The Department of Veterans Affairs Loma Linda Healthcare System, Loma Linda, California has a requirement for emergency disaster supplies for MasCache adult, pediatric and adult/pediatric combination PODS to supply care for 25 patients for 96 hours, see schedule within attached RFQ for specific exact items required. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 12. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339113; size standard 500 employees. This is a 100% total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price Purchase Order. Due to time constraints, responses to the solicitation shall be due on Friday, March, 14, 2014 at 12Noon PST. Offerors are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments.
