- Wages RFQ Service Clauses RFQ Cover Letter Drawings Statement of Work (SOW) SF18 THIS PROJECT IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and materials required to install an OSHA compliant Fall Arrest System (FAS). All components shall be included, so as to provide a complete and fully operational system upon completion of the project. The FAS shall allow up to four (4) users to walk the entire length of the upper fuselage and wings of a USCG HC-130 aircraft, conduct aircraft maintenance and inspections to the limits of the aircraft's fuselage and wing edges, and arrest a user after a fall takes place. Contractor must be IAW SOW. This project is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. Request that all quotes have a minimal of a 90-day expiration date. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation will be considered. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: NONE Performance Period provide services within 90 days of notice to proceed. Contract is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD Provide submittals a minimum of twenty-one (21) days before start of work, submit three (3) copies of preconstruction, construction schedule, site specific safety plan, temporary traffic and fencing plan, and quality assurance plan Per Submittals Requirements Section of SOW. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the Government and may constitute grounds for disqualification. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: applicable Coast Guard Safety Regulations, federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to water, air, and noise pollution. A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD April 1, 2014, APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS BEFORE QUOTE IS DUE. (Site visits are not mandatory, but are highly encouraged.) Location: U.S. Coast Guard, Base Support Unit, Kodiak, Alaska. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE IS LESS THAN $150,000. SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE UPLOADED TO FEDBIZ OPS.
