Description

The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a non-competitive contract to Central Montana Communications (dba Triangle Communications), 2121 Highway 2 NW, PO Box 751, Havre, MT 59501, pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, 'Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements'. The contract action is for Point-to-Point T1 data circuit between Harlem, MT and Rocky Boy, MT and Point-to-Point T1 data circuit between Harlem, MT and Hays, MT. The data circuits are necessary for EHR, RPMS, Emails, ITAS, UFMS, and Internet access. Central Montana Communications is the local telco provider of T1 connections. All responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement or quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. The technical data required to respond to the proposed contract action is not attached but may be obtained by submitting a request to Kenneth.Nicholsonjr@ihs.gov or by fax to (406) 247-7108. The anticipated award date is March 28, 2014.
