- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY-Solicitation is not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. Capability statements for this NAICS code from small businesses will only be accepted. The period of performance for this requirement is 1 July 2014 through 30 April 2015. Place of contract Performance is Fort Lee, Virginia. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment not identified elsewhere in the contract as Government Furnished Property (GFP) to operate and manage the following functional areas: Installation Transportation Services: The Contractor shall provide Installation transportation services to authorized organizations and individuals. Transportation services include motor pool, freight, household goods, and unit move services. All work shall be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, documents and Government developed annual and long-range plans. Personnel performing tasks associated with the freight/mobility office shall be certified in HAZMAT, Air Load Planning (to include Air Mobility Command certification), Automated Air Load Planning System (AALPS), TCACCIS/TCAIMS-II, GFM and other Government STAMIS systems. This work will be accomplished only by a valid work document. Base Supply Services: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, services, materials, supplies, supervision, and equipment, except those specified as Government-furnished, to perform all standard base supply services in support of Fort Lee, VA. These services shall consist of property control, storage, and services associated with providing and controlling supplies, equipment, and materiel. The Contractor shall perform the services in accordance with the standards contained herein. The Contractor shall establish management and accounting procedures including maintenance of dollar and item summary accounts. Materiel Maintenance: The Contractor shall provide materiel maintenance support to authorized organizations and individuals thru utilization of a valid work order. The Contractor shall operate and manage the Installation vehicles, ground support equipment, electronics, intrusion detection systems and small arms repair shops at Fort Lee. All work shall be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, documents, and Government-developed annual and long-range plans. Transition: Phase In/Out Period: 60 days No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone request or written request for information will be accepted.
