- Solicitation DJA-14-AHDQ-R-0003 Statement of Work for O&M Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is issuing this PRESOLICITATION NOTICE to procure Operations and Maintenance Services (O&M) which consist of all building equipment and systems; such as, but not limited to, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy management, water systems, electrical systems including site lighting, compressed air, vacuum systems, emergency generators, diesel engines, storage tanks, valves, HVAC, piping, systems controls, wet electrostatic precipitators, etc.,. Location of the services National Laboratory Center, Beltsville, MD and Canine Training Center and Kennel, Front Royal, VA. The forthcoming solicitation will be issued on the basis of 8(a) Competitive. The NAICS Code is 561210 Facilities Support Services with a size standard of $35.5 million. This is a Presolicitation Notice only; no proposals are being requested at this time. The Solicitation will be posted on or after March 14, 2014
