- Draft Performance Work Statement for Custodial Services to be performed at Moody AFB This is a Sources Sought announcement, FA4830-14-Q-0010, seeking small business responses in order to identify interested parties for potential participation in the acquisition. Businesses that are identified as Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, and Women-Owned Small Business or Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business for NAICS code 561720 are being sought as sources for consideration regarding the forthcoming solicitation. The 23d Contracting Squadron/LGCB plans to establish a firm-fixed price contract to provide all non-personal services, to include management, labor, parts, equipment, transportation, personnel, and materials necessary to perform custodial services at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. For additional information, see attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). The designated NAICS code is 561720 Janitorial Services, with a size standard of $16.5 million. Your response shall reference this Sources Sought announcement number, FA4830-14-Q-0010, and shall include the following information: • Business size and any/all socio-economic category(ies) • Business name • CAGE code • Point of contact name, email address, telephone and fax numbers • Percentage of work your company is able to perform for these services in the socio-economic categories identified. Would your company team with another small business in order to meet the applicable subcontracting limitations of your socio-economic categories as outlined in FAR 52.219-3, 52.219-14, 52.219-27, 52.219-29, and/or 52.219-30, as appropriate? Send your response to A1C Anthony Meseck (anthony.meseck@us.af.mil), AND Carl Massey (carl.massey.2@us.af.mil) no later than 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern on Friday, 28 March 2014.
