- The US Army Contracting Command, APG, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the Warfighter Directorate intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) only one responsible source to Coherent,Inc. of Santa Clara, CA for I308C 8W MLVIS AR Ion Laser. Coherent,Inc. is the only source that can provide this laser that is an exact match to existing equipment required for the identical replication of the testing processes and is a of proprietary design owned by this vendor. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 3826.
