- Solicitation Number SPE4A6-14-R-1629, NSN 5342-01-181-7421, SC 1000023173, VUN, F/A-18 HORNET E-F AIRCRAFT, MOUNT RESILIENT, WEAPON SYSTEMS. Solicitation SPE4A6-14-R-1629 is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited as UNRESTRICTED, OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION. CONFIGURATION CONTROL drawing applies. This acquisition is IAW McDonnell Douglas Corp source control drawing ST9M626, REV G, dtd 12-17-1999, part number ST9M626H7. Approved sources are Lord Corporation, CAGE 76005, part number HT01241-7 and Barry Wright, CAGE 81860, part number 23914-H7/02 Shelf Life of 120 months applies. The Estimated Annual Demand Qty is 423 each for the base and option years. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Destination for stock location(s) within the Continental United States (CONUS). This procurement does not have a surge and sustainment requirement. Delivery Schedule - 90 days. The anticipated issue date is April 01, 2014 & closing date of May 01, 2014, 2014. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) will apply to evaluate past performance if more than one offer is received in response to the solicitation. Reverse Auction applies.
