Description

Volume I - Offers Forms (which also includes Volume II - Supplementary Conditions) Task Order Request for Proposal THE GSA REGION 9 IDIQ REPAIR AND ALTERATIONS, TIER 2 ZONE 7 CONTRACT WILL BE UTILIZED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT All Tier 2, Zone 7 Contractors will be solicitated; list ----- RFP Task Order and Volume I (Offer Forms, which also includes Volume II - Supplementary Conditions) will be attached. Volume III (Technical Specs and Drawings) will be sent to the prespective contractors due to the sensitive nature of the material. Scope of Work: This project includes, but is not limited to, renovation of the courtyard pavers and concrete at the Hilo Federal Building located at 154 Waianuenue Avenue, Hilo, HI. Stone work involves the following: all stone work with the existing courtyard shall be thoroughly cleaned and power washed to reveal the true color and texture of the existing stones prior to matching new stone and material selections. Saw-cut existing grout and remove all existinggrout within the courtyard and scope of work limits. Concrete work involves the following: all concrete elements within the scope of work shall be thoroughly cleaned and power washed to reveal the true color and texture prior to conducting patchwork. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision in accordance to the scope of work.
