- Statement of Objectives (SOO) for potential Catering Services Concessionaire. Sheppard Air Force Base is considering a concessionaire contract for catering services. The purpose of this "sources sought" is to gain information about potential sources, request information and to set-up an industry day. The following questions relating to the attached Statement of Objectives are important for the government to understand the requirement before moving forward: What else would make this contract more appealing for your company? What guarantee can be provided for customers to ensure that their needs are met when they schedule events? Would it be more appealing to have per event cost (based on number of guests) owed to 82nd FSS or to pay a percentage of sales back? What supplies or equipment would you want furnished by the government? What rules of engagement should be required for users (ex. Book events a minimum of XX hours prior to event, provide final projected attendees XX hours prior to event, etc.)? Are there any other questions, comments or suggestions about sections 1-5 of the Statement of Objectives? An industry day will be held 3 April 2014 at 1:00 p.m. CST. Attendees will meet at the visitor's center at Sheppard Air Force Base. All information due by COB 9 April 2014.
