Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, equipment, and material to include delivery, installation, and training of Brand Name OR EQUAL Drager V500 Infinity Ventilator and accesories as described in the attached SOLICITATION. ALL VENDORS MUST SUBMIT A COMPLETED SOLICITATION TO INCLUDE A COMPLETED ATTACHMENT 1 WITHIN THE SOLICITATION. PACKAGES WITHOUT COMPLETED SOLICITATION AND ATTACHMENT 1 WILL BE DEEMED INCOMPLETE AND UNACCEPTABLE.
