Description

Drydocking Phased Maintenance Availability (DPMA) to include drydocking, hull plating and framing replacement, propulsion engine temporary removal and gearbox overhaul, habitability as well as underwater hull, freeboard, and superstructure preservation on USS TORNADO (PC 14). The Government intends to solicit in accordance with FAR 6.302-3, Industrial Mobilization to restrict competition and limit the geographical area of performance for the FY 14 DPMA for the USS TORNADO (PC 14) to the Jacksonville/Mayport Florida homeport area in order to establish and maintain an industrial mobilization capability for the Cyclone-class vessel.
