Description
ADDITIONAL Q&A The following questions have been received, the Government's response is also provided: 1. When do you anticipate this project would be done? We anticipate the project to begin on or around May15, 2014 at Red Feather Work Center and be completed by July 15th, 2014. 2. Will the work stations be occupied during this work? The Work Centers will be occupied during construction, but the buildings connected to the sewer system in the contract will not be occupied. 3. Will any temporary services need to be provided by us? Restrooms will not be available on site; you would need to provide portable toilets for workers to use. 4. Could you please provide the size of the pipes to be CIPP lined? The drawings indicate that the sewer pipe entering the manholes at the current lift station are 3 ½" diameter steel pipe and this should also be the diameter of the sewer pipe to be lined. 5. Do the electrical services that serve the existing lift stations serve any other facilities? The existing power should be only for the lift station; i.e., a subpanel off the main panel. 6. Can a person get to the sites at this time or within the next two weeks? Red Feather is accessible, Stub Creek is snowed in. Stub Creek is usually accessible by mid-April, not until after this solicitation closes. 7. Would it be possible to camp on site? Or close to the site? No camping will be allowed on site. There are several campgrounds in the area. Dowdy Lake and West Lake Campgrounds near Red Feather and Tunnel and Browns Park Campgrounds near Stub Creek. An SF-30 will not be issued. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
