- Description
- 1.0. Tasks. 1.1.The contractor shall furnish a fully Chemistry and Immunoassay Testing System to include a primary analyzer, a backup analyzer, reagents, supplies, installation, training, and maintenance service. 1.2. The contractor shall provide the proposed reagent and supply price lists including other costs as to equipment and maintenance service for the contract. The contractor shall furnish firm price lists periodically, once a year or as required by the contracting officer. The prices to the U.S. Government shall be as low as or lower than those charged the supplier's most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions, in addition to any discounts for prompt payment. 1.3. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment and all expenses necessary to perform maintenance service. 1.4. The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance at least semiannually and on-call repair service on the contractor provided analyzers at the contractor's expense including travel and lodging. 1.5. The Contractor shall prepare the service report for each maintenance service and submit them. 1.6. The contractor should make best efforts to deliver the reagents in the same lot or generation to avoid frequent calibration. 2.0 Ownership. The contractor shall retain title to all the equipment provided by the contractor during the entire term of the agreement. 3.0 Hours of operation. Monday through Friday, 0900 to 1700, except on holidays.
