Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only; no proposals are being requested at this time. James E. Haley Veterans' Hospital intends to procure Medical Gas Cylinder support for the main hospital located in Tampa, FL. This procurement shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Contractor shall provide the facility. The NAICS code for this procurement is 325120, with a small business size standard of $14 Million. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract with a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods to a small business. The anticipated solicitation re-posting date is on or about March 21, 2014. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be communicated in writing via email to the Contracting Officer, Candace Renn at Candace.Renn@va.gov. Telephone requests for information or questions will not be accepted. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining and downloading the solicitation and all related documents at www.FBO.gov. Prospective offerors are advised in order to be eligible for award; they must register in the System for Award Management at www.SAM.gov.
