Offering Memorandum Synopsis and Cover Sheet Solicitation /Contract Standard Form 1447 Combined Synopsis and RFP Document REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS COMBINED SOLICITATION / SYNOPSIS NUMBER GS-00P-14-LY-C-0015 650 TON HYDRAULIC STRAIGHTENING PRESS AT NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND PROTOTYPE MANUFACTURING DIVISION LAKEHURST NEW JERSEY PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE IS 180 DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE OF NOTICE TO PROCEED THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a new 650 ton hydraulic straightening press for overhauling components for the U. S. Navy. The scope of this document shall include the manufacture, test, and installation of the press and associated equipment at the Navy Air Systems Command, Prototype Manufacturing Division; Naval Air Engineering Station in Lakehurst, NJ. This procurement is a total (100%) small business set aside. A combined synopsis/solicitation along with GSA Form 1447 will be uploaded.
