Continuing from the intersection of I-20 and Collie Road in a westbound direction along I-20 to the intersection of I-20 and US 285. Continuing from the intersection of I-20 and US 285 in a southbound direction along US 285 to the intersection of US 285 and CR 115. Continuing from the intersection of US 285 and CR 115 in a westbound direction along CR 115 to the intersection of CR 115 and CR 118. Offerors shall confirm adequate related infrastructure to support the addition of the supplemental modular buildings is presently available or will be made available on the land site and that it meets the local zoning requirements. Offerors shall be responsible for maintenance & utility services to the Government owned modular/ mobile office buildings per a fully serviced lease. · Building shall have 20 foot setback from all four sides of façade of building. · A 20' x 50' sally port must be provided. · Space cannot be located within 300 feet of residential areas, educational facilities, religious facilities, and/or retail facilities. · Tenant Improvements and installation of modular/mobile office buildings shall be 100% complete by July 15, 2015. · Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, floor plan, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. Offered space must meet all Government requirements and be best value to the Government. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
