Description

The Philadelphia Office of FLC Contracts Dept is purchasing Extron Digital/Audio Solution Equipment in support of the Joint Staff, J6 C4 Assessments Division, on a brand name sole source basis from Extron Electronics or its authorized resellers pursuant to FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1). Award for a cost plus fixed fee, contract is anticipated. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Capability statements received by 21 March 2014 will be considered by the government and reviewed solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The government will not pay for any information received.
