- MICC - West Point intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Noel-Levitz Inc to provide SMART and ForecastPlus Predictive Modeling services. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 541810 with a business size standard of $14.0M. The proposed contract will be awarded under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested sources may submit technical capabilities and any other information that demonstrates ability to meet the requirements by submitting their interest in writing with complete name, address, telephone number, and a point of contact. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Late submissions of interest will not be considered for this procurement, but may be considered for future procurements. The Government will not be responsible for any costs of preparation in response to this announcement. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 11:00 AM, Eastern Daylight Time on Monday, March 24, 2014.
