Description

RECOVERY - Recovery Act funding is being used for this transaction. The Social Security Administration (SSA) is providing this notice for information only. This opportunity is available only from our existing Blanket Purchase Agreement with Dell Marketing, L.P., BPA number SS00-13-40034. The BPA was awarded competitively in accordance with FAR 8.4 against General Service Administration No. SS00-13-40034. The Social Security Administration intends to issue a firm-fixed priced call order against the existing BPA with Dell to acquire, 18 Fiber Channel SAN switches. SSA is in the process of migrating all server virtualization infrastructures in the data center from rack server to blade server.
