- Draft PWS Enclosure 3 - BRAC Map of installations Draft PWS Enclosure 2 - Acronyms Draft PWS Enclosure 1 - Pricing Model Attachment 1 - Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated March 20, 2014 RFI Narrative (dated March 20, 2014) THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This RFI is issued for the purpose of developing a viable solicitation that will best communicate the Government's requirements to industry. Response to this RFI is strictly voluntary and will not affect any corporation's ability to submit an offer if, or when, a solicitation is released. The requested information is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued. No entitlement to payment by the Government of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of the submission of information in response to this RFI. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations. GENERAL INFORMATION ABSTRACT: The Contracting Officer (CO) is contemplating a competitively awarded Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) competed as a Small Business Set Aside. Further, the acquisition team is seeking to incorporate unit pricing to the maximum extent practicable. This RFI seeks industry's feedback on the feasibility of issuing a General Field Support (GFS) contract to cover recurrent, unanticipated, and urgent Environmental Remediation (ER) service requirements nationwide that fall outside the scope of the existing Air Force Civil Engineering Center Installation Directorate, BRAC Division's (AFCEC/CIB) Performance Based Remediation contracts. AFCEC anticipates the award of Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to a single firm using NAICS code 562910. The business size standard associated with this NAICS code is 500 employees. All sub-categories of small businesses are being looked at during our market research phase. Period of Performance (POP): The Acquisition Team has a target award date of March 2015. The Ordering period would span a total of five years (base plus four option years) and an additional two (2) years of performance after the end of the ordering period.
